Codenamed 'Vienna' (so that's the Priv and the Viv then?), the mooted handset was shown to have ditched the slide-out keyboard in favour of a more traditional, physical QWERTY offering.
With the physical keyboard backed up by the company's switch from a proprietary OS to Android, it appears there's life in the old dog yet - but as the adage says, you can't teach it new tricks.

With specs thin on the ground, that's pretty much all we know about the device right now.
Leaked renders via CrackBerry, however, have shown it will feature a heavily textured rear and come in four colours - black, white, blue and red.
Over the weekend, BlackBerry CEO John Chen confirmed the company has a whole family of Android-based devices in the works. Hopefully some of the others will look a little more inspiring than this.
